Information We Collect

When you book a session we collect:

• Your name
• Your phone number
• The date, time and length of your session, and its price
• Your comment, if you choose to write one (optional)

When you leave a review we collect your name, phone number (used only to confirm that you are a client; it is never published), your rating and your review text. Only your name and review text are shown on the website, and only after we approve the review.

When you cancel or look up a booking we use the phone number you enter to find your appointment.

Technical data. Like most websites, our servers and the services embedded in our pages (see “Who We Share Information With”) may automatically receive your IP address and basic browser information when you visit.

Messages. If you contact us on WhatsApp, we receive the information you send in that conversation.

Please do not include medical or other sensitive details in the booking comment field. Discuss anything about your health with your therapist in person or by message before the session.

How We Use Information

• To book, confirm, change and cancel appointments
• To contact you about your appointment
• To publish approved reviews
• To keep our business records and meet legal obligations
• To keep the website secure and working

Who We Share Information With

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. We use the following service providers, who process information on our behalf:

• Hosting and database providers (Render and Supabase), which run the website and store booking and review data
• Telegram, which delivers a notification with your name, phone number, session, date, time and comment (if any) to the business owner when you book or cancel
• Google (Google Maps and Google Fonts), which may receive your IP address when those elements load on our pages
• WhatsApp (Meta), if you choose to message us there

We may also disclose information when required by law or to protect our rights.

Cookies, Tracking and “Do Not Track”

We do not use advertising or analytics cookies. The site stores your light/dark theme choice in your browser’s local storage. We do not track you across other websites, so we do not respond to “Do Not Track” signals. Third-party services embedded in our pages (Google Maps and Google Fonts) may collect information under their own privacy policies; we do not control this.

How Long We Keep Information

We keep booking and review records as long as needed to manage appointments, keep business records and meet legal obligations, and then delete or anonymize them.

Your Choices and California Rights

You can ask us to tell you what personal information we hold about you, to correct it, or to delete it. California residents may have additional rights under California law, including the right to know, correct and delete personal information, and the right not to be discriminated against for exercising these rights. Children
